Everything are a little bit different to what we are used to at the moment. Sometimes we might be a bit unsure or worried about things, and that's ok. When we feel like this it's important that we have someone to talk to about it and that we begin to understand why we are feeling this way. This week is Mental-Health Awareness week. Make sure that you take some time to look after your well-being.
