For Mental-Health Awareness week we have put together this page with different activities for mindfulness and taking care of yourselves during this time of change. Try some yoga or guided meditation to help you relax. Get active by exercising or dancing to burn off some energy and don't forget to check out Stan's video below and complete the Worry Monster challenge.
Stan has been feeling a bit lonely and worried in school all by himself! Luckily he has made some new friends. Introducing Albany Primary School's 'Worry Monsters!' They are all incredibly friendly and look forward to helping you with all of your worries and problems when you're back at school. Can you spot your class' Worry Monster in the video?
