As a school we are very proud to have won this year’s Golden Acorn award as part of Natural Resources Wales ‘Acorn Antics’ challenge. As a school won the competition by collecting an incredible 83.5 kilograms of the best quality acorns. We have won over £360 for the school and a range of books to develop our outdoor learning. Thank you to Mrs George for organising the challenge and the staff, parents, and pupils that went acorn collecting. CONGRATULATIONS! ALBANY CAN DO IT!
